Please note, that if guests are invited to attend with any member, they should be booked in and fees paid in advance of attending the event.

Once booked, a confirmation email containing a registration form link will be sent for the contact information of your guest to be completed allowing event communications.

For all booked guests who do not attend any event, the fees cannot be refunded, due to costs that are incurred once bookings are confirmed. This includes the full £150 non-discounted price for any “Free” Corporate guests who do not attend.
